How do I remove the ‘Bass Pro’ or 'Cabela's' watermark on my photo?

You must purchase the digital image of your photo to remove the watermark text. To purchase the digital image, click on the ‘Buy Now’ button on the MyPhotos page. This will add the Digital Image to your shopping cart. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase. If your image still has the watermark on it you may need to refresh your browser by pressing the following keys together: 'SHIFT+F5'.

If you pre-purchased the digital image of your photo in the Bass Pro or Cabela's store and see the watermark on your photo, please Contact Us

 

How do I download my digital image from the website?

Go to www.basspro.com/photos or www.cabelas.com/photos and select the event you attended.

If you have already claimed your photo: Either enter the 12-digit SecureCode® or click the Login button to login to your account.

If you have not claimed your photo: enter the 12-digit SecureCode® found on the back of your photo sleeve.

Once logged in, you can click on the “Download” button found underneath your image. A dialog box will appear, and you can select where on your device you would like to save it.

What is/Where is my SecureCode®?

Each consumer is given a unique number called a SecureCode®. This SecureCode® is located on the reverse side of the photo sleeve given to you with your photo in the Bass Pro Store.

 

I have lost my Photo Sleeve.

We will email you your SecureCode®. Please Contact Us and complete and submit the help form.

 

The Photo Online is not my photo.

Make sure that 48 hours have elapsed since your photo(s) was taken to ensure that the photo has been posted to the website. Make sure you are correctly typing your 12 digit SecureCode® (located on the reverse side of the photo sleeve given to you with your photo in the Bass Pro Store) into the photo retrieval website. If you still cannot locate your photo, please click on the Contact Us button and then complete and submit the help form.

 

I received an 'Error Message’ that says, "There are no photos available for the SecureCode® entered".

The photo you are requesting is currently being processed or you have incorrectly entered your SecureCode® on the home page. Make sure you are correctly typing your 12-digit SecureCode® (located on the reverse side of the photo sleeve given to you with your photo in the Bass Pro Store) into the photo retrieval website. If you still cannot locate your photo, please click on the Contact Us button and then complete and submit the help form.

I ordered the digital download in the Bass Pro or Cabela's store; how do I retrieve it online?

Please visit your local Bass Pro or Cabela's retail store, have your photo taken and take your Photo Sleeve to the Sales Center to purchase print packages.

How do I purchase Products and Packages online?

Go to www.basspro.com/photos or www.cabelas.com/photos, select the event you attended, & enter your SecureCode®. After creating an account or logging into your account, you can choose products from Custom Orders.

Custom Orders allow you to select a la carte items and products to customize. Using our editing wizard you can customize your prints, add the Bass Pro logo, and select from various holiday templates. Follow the instructions to customize your order and complete your purchase.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

 

How do I pay for my online purchase?

To pay for your online order click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner. The following pages will walk you through the ordering process, including shipping, billing, credit card authorization, and order confirmation.

 

I have not received my order.

Depending on your shipping method selection (Economy, Express, 2nd Day, Overnight), your order could take anywhere from 4-15 days to arrive. You will receive 1 or more shipping notifications (some items may ship separately due to processing time) via email when all of your order items have shipped.

Your shipping notification email will contain a tracking number (except for orders shipped Economy) along with a link to the appropriate carrier's website. You may go to the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to monitor your order's delivery status. To see your order notifications online login to your account, select Order History from the Account dropdown menu.

 

How long will my photo be available to purchase?

You will be able to purchase photos/gifts up to six months from the time the photo(s) is taken.

Retrieving your Digital Download (back to top)

 

I ordered the digital download in the Bass Pro or Cabela's store; how do I retrieve it online?

If you have not claimed your photo: enter the 12-digit SecureCode® found on the back of your photo sleeve.

I have not received my Digital Download purchase via email.

Digital Download purchases made in store or online will NOT be sent to you via email.  To retrieve your Digital Download, you must go to www.basspro.com/photos or www.cabelas.com/photos and select the event you attended.

If you have already claimed your photo: Either enter the 12-digit SecureCode® or click the Login button to login to your account.

If you have not claimed your photo: enter the 12-digit SecureCode® found on the back of your photo sleeve.

Once logged in, you can click on the “Download” button found underneath your image. A dialog box will appear, and you can select where on your device you would like to save it.

 

Can I download the digital Image multiple times?

There are no limitations to downloading your digital image.

 

How do I get a Release of my digital photo?

If you purchased the digital download in a Bass Pro or Cabela's store or online, please Contact Us for a copy of the digital release

Receiving your FREE Video Card (back to top)

What is the FREE Video Card?

By providing your email address at the Package/Sales Station in the Bass Pro or Cabela's store, you will receive via email a FREE Video Card with your child's photo.

If you have not received your email within 48 hours after your photo was taken, please Contact us.

How do I track my Package/Order?

Select ‘track an order’ in the footer of the website, or once logged into your account, click on the My Account in the navigation bar and select Order History. Select the order you would like to track.

 

What/Where is my Order Confirmation Number?

The order confirmation number for your online order can be found in your order confirmation email that you received following your purchase completion. If you no longer have your email confirmation, you can find your order number under My Account -> Order History

 

Order Tracking?

Depending on your shipping method (Economy, Express, 2nd Day, Overnight) your order could take anywhere from 4-15 days to arrive. Your 'Item Shipped' email will contain a tracking number (Except for orders shipped Economy) along with a link to the appropriate carrier's website. What is your order processing time?

Once an order has been received, the processing time required to produce your order items and prepare them for shipping is approximately 48 hours to 72 hours.

 

Shipping/Delivery?

The exact shipping amount $ for your entire order will be calculated and displayed during checkout on the payment page.

Photo packages and products purchased online can take 10-14 days from the date of order completion to arrive. You will receive several notifications via email that will provide you with an update on your order's status.

Your Shipping notification email will contain a tracking number (Except for orders shipped Economy) along with a link to the appropriate carrier's website. You may go to the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to monitor your order's delivery status.

If it has been longer than 14 days since order completion, please Contact Us.

Returns/Exchanges

Occasionally, product damage may occur in-transit, or a quality control situation may require a replacement or refund. If you need assistance with a replacement or refund, please follow the steps below within 30 days of your purchase.

 

For Refunds on photo orders purchased at Bass Pro or Cabela's retail stores:

Present your order purchase receipt and photo package to the Customer Relations Desk in the Bass Pro or Cabela’s store. You must return the items to a Bass Pro store if you attended a Bass Pro store to have your photo taken.  You must return the items to a Cabela’s store if you attended a Bass Pro store to have your photo taken.

 

For Refunds on Photo orders purchased on the Bass Pro/Cabela's Photo Retrieval website?

Click on the 'Contact Us' button, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the form.

Refunds will be provided in the same form of purchase (credit card)

Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to be fully processed

 

For defective products, exchanges and other order questions?

The Website is not accepting my Credit Card information?

Make sure the Billing Address and credit card information is entered EXACTLY how it appears on your monthly statement and credit card. For example if 'Rd.' is spelled out as 'Road' on your credit card statement then spell it out 'Road' on the online billing page. If you are still receiving an error message, please click on the 'Contact Us' button on the Bass Pro photo retrieval website.

 

I have been charged more than once for my order?

I have returned my online order but have not received a credit?

Refunds can take up to 14 days to process. If it has been longer than 14 days since your return, please Contact Us.

Who sees my photos after they have been posted online?

Each consumer is given a unique photo number, which is printed on the photo sleeve given to you in the Bass Pro or Cabela's store. The public does not have access to view your photo online.
